For many moons, Blooming Lotus LLC had been a dream of mine and over the past 3 years it has come to fruition, officially launching in 2025. Since I was a child, I have held a deep sense of compassion for all sentient beings; I am sensitive and empathetic by nature, learning the power and strength in those qualities as I go. With Irish ancestry, I was born and raised in the PNW, claiming roots in Naches, WA. Nature is my religion, where the mountains and oceans are the chapels, the plants are the medicine, and everything is holy.

My journey into holistic health started sometime back in 2014, when I attended Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA. I graduated with an AAT and Master Esthetics degree. I will forever be indebted to the teachers and friends I met during that time. As years went on, my passions and beliefs grew through experience and learning, ultimately manifesting into what is now Blooming Lotus, a soul led business that is rooted in care and support for the earth and for the humans that bring new life into being. One day while chatting with my mom, I had a sort of epiphany; ‘If I want to help the earth heal, if I want to help others, what better place to start than at the beginning?”, I thought. As I set out on this sacred journey of birth work, I quickly realized that I was not alone in that thought process. I decided to allow my passions and beliefs guide my way. I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training that spanned the course of 10 months, with the intention to specialize in prenatal yoga. While I had dabbled in Buddhist and Indian philosophies, learning yogic philosophy and the sciences of our physical bodies brought even more expansion and growth to my world, as well as a sense of solidarity. Through my own experiences and witnessing those of the women around me, my passion for holistic skin care transformed into whole body health, then specifically women’s healthcare which is vastly understudied, under researched, and under funded. I am a primitive herbalist, I believe in ancient remedies, earth medicines, and the wisdom and power of the feminine. I am a birth doula, with training from The Simkin Center for Allied Birth Vocations at Bastyr University in Washington State. I will soon be contracted with ProviderOne, allowing me to accept Medicaid. I am currently studying quantum, holistic midwifery and my goal is to support mothers and families and have a positive impact on the next generation through honest and open communication, advocacy and respect. What a profound honor it is to walk this path that many women before me have paved. I guide yoga classes throughout the lower valley and provide mobile skincare services. I am constantly learning and evolving.

I am eternally grateful and absolutely excited for what’s to come. I truly look forward to connecting, being of service and extending my offerings and rituals.
